Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a vibrant online community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence current and effective.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and collaboration strategies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
