**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver course material as per the syllabus and train the students
- The faculty member is required to plan and make complete preparation well in advance to effectively teach the courses offered
- Update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices
- Should prepare the schedule of lectures with topics, tests, assignments, demonstrations, screening of video or power point presentation etc., in advance
- To front pitches across colleges in Mumbai educating prospects about the curriculum offered by

IIEDM and career prospects post enrolling for the course
- To upgrade self-knowledge across all the verticals of Digital Marketing ranging from Social Media
- Execute all aspects of digital marketing efforts including implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
- To be able to customize and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic
- To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap.
- To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class
- To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post-test to measure the impact of courses delivered.
- Execute all aspects of digital marketing efforts including implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Drive traffic to company pages
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

**Skills Required**:

- 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing preferably through working in an agency / educational institute
- Fantastic communication skills and ability to deliver course material with full confidence
- Fluent oral as well as written communication skills
- Should be punctual and disciplined to ensure all training begin and end on time and do full justice to the topic delivered
- Good people skills and should have a passion for teaching and the Digital Marketing space in general
- Sharp Analytical Skills and problem-solving ability, eye for detail. Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
- Key Skills: SEO, Social Media Marketing, SEM, Media buying and planning, Ms Office

**Education**:

- Any graduate/ Post Graduate - Any specialization

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
