Position Title: Restaurant Cashier

Position Summary:
Cashier Have to Manage Cash, Accept Payment through, Credit, DebitCards and UpI Billing through Software

Ultimately, you’ll ensure all transactions run smoothly and will help us maximize customer satisfaction.

Establishes rapport with guests to build guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest. Also to handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Cashier Job And Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help determine their orders.
- Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
- Relay customers’ orders to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
- Accept cash and return the correct change.
- Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
- Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes.
- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
- Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
- Help kitchen staff when needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good mathematical skills.

**Prerequisites**:
Good command in both spoken and written English.

Should have pleasing personality.

Excellent guest service skill.

Good knowledge of food and beverage service.

**Education**:
Any Diploma or degree. Familiar with Point of sale systems, MS office, TALLY, Property management systems etc.

**Experience**:
2 - 3 years of work experience in Food & Beverage gained from a reputed property, along with 5 year experience in a Cashier position or a similar role an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
