Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers politely and handle billing efficiently.
  • Operate the POS/cash register and manage all cash, card, and digital payments.
  • Issue correct receipts, refunds, and change.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales records and balance the cash drawer.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff for smooth order processing.
  • Keep the billing counter neat, clean, and organized.
  • Assist with customer queries or complaints in a professional manner.
  • Support front-of-house operations during busy hours if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, café, or retail outlet.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and POS systems.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong math and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Must be honest, reliable, and punctual.

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days a week (rotational weekly off).
