As an Eye Care Assistant you will have a dual role, responsible for conducting eye examinations to assess vision and eye health, as well as promoting and selling optical products or services directly to customers at their homes. You will engage with potential customers, perform eye tests, provide recommendations, and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
✨ Conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction tests. Interpret test results and provide accurate diagnoses, explaining findings to patients in a clear and understandable manner.

✨ Assist in the fitting, adjustment, and dispensing of eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as prescribed. Educate patients on proper eye care practices, including lens cleaning, contact lens care, and general eye health maintenance.

✨ Maintain a thorough understanding of the product or service offerings and keep up to date with industry trends.

✨ Continuously enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and eye testing techniques through training and self-development.

**Requirements**:
✨ A optometric degree. Valid optometry license or certification, as required by the local regulations.

✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

✨ Proficient computer skills, including the use of CRM systems and basic productivity tools.

✨ Valid driver's license and Own Two-Wheeler vehicle for transportation.

✨ Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including working evenings and weekends.
