**- Develop and manage marketplace budgets and goals, with a deep understanding of e-commerce budgeting.**

**- Define strategy and drive business growth for clients across Categories by Performance Marketing in various Marketplaces.**

**- Develop, implement, and monitor campaign budgets.**

**- Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign’s overall performance.**

**- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.**

**- Identify the latest trends and technologies.**

**- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.**

**- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, promotions, discounts, and other digital projects.**
- **PG is not mandatory but it can be an add-on**:

- **Communication, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills must be high along with experience in team handling.**
