**Job Summary**:
The Sales Marketing Chair is responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions of the organization, ensuring the development and execution of strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market positioning, customer engagement, and revenue generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing tactics.
- **Sales & Marketing Alignment**: Ensure seamless collaboration between the sales and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that drive lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.
- **Campaign Development**: Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events, to support sales objectives.
- **Brand Management**: Champion the brand’s positioning, messaging, and identity across all sales and marketing channels.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts through metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- **Team Development**: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure consistent customer experiences and alignment on strategic goals.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, market research, and sales analytics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage cross-functional

Pay: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
