**Job Type: Permanent**

**Roles**
- **Product Promotion**: Actively engage with customers to introduce products features, if any promotions applicable, need to inform the promotion offers.
- **Demonstrations**: Conduct product demonstrations to attract attention and encourage purchases.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure that the promoted products are displayed attractively and stocked appropriately on shelves or promotional stands.
- **Sales Drive**: Aim to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company or brand.

**Responsibilities**
- **Educate Customers**:

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
- **Monitor Stock Levels**:

- Keep track of the inventory of products.
- Coordinate with store staff to Re-fill stock when required.
- **Build Relationships**:

- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations.
- **Gather Customer Feedback**:

- Collect feedback regarding the product and share it with the company.
- Identify and report common customer concerns or questions.
- **Provide Reports**:

- Track daily sales and submit reports to the supervisor or management.
- Note trends and customer preferences to improve promotional strategies.
- **Comply with Store Policies**:

- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the supermarket.
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines, especially when dealing with products.

- Ability to work with dedication
- Organizational skills to maintain display areas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
