**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Deal with customers to understand their requirements, clarify their queries and provide the best solutions to them, on a timely basis.
- Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers
- Manage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Generate leads that develop into new customers Identify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/service\
- Respond to various client queries through inbound and outbound voice and chat processes.
- Follow SOP s, call scripts, maintain quality standards and provide a high degree of customer service by politely interacting with clients.
- Increase brand value by building sustainable relationships, engaging customers and seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal team qualitative and quantitative targets.

**Role Requirements**:

- Any bachelors degree is acceptable
- 2-8 years of experience in a customer support role within a sales and target driven environment.
- Thorough understanding and familiarity with CRM systems, practices and business process with a passion for customer service and experience.
- Prior experience as a call centre manager or any managerial position.
- Experience with customer service is compulsory.
- Proficient with MS Office and Call Centre software programs.
- Strong ability to budget and perform financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and customer service metrics.
- Driven and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skill.
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and leadership skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Hyderabad - 500034, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
