To ensure optimal performance and availability of the solar power plant by conducting regular monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reporting. The O&M Operator is responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring safety compliance at the site.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations:
Monitor plant performance through SCADA or monitoring systems.

Record energy generation, availability, and performance ratio (PR).

Identify underperformance or faults and report to the supervisor.

Perform data logging and shift handover documentation.

2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance of inverters, transformers, modules, and other electrical components.

Troubleshoot and resolve faults in electrical and mechanical equipment.

Clean solar modules, panels, and critical electrical parts as needed.

Replace defective components such as fuses, connectors, or cables.

3. Safety & Compliance:
Follow all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures on-site.

Use appropriate PPE and adhere to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.

Report near-misses, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

4. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.

Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Assist in preparing documentation for audits or regulatory inspections.

5. Coordination:
Work closely with other O&M team members, contractors, and vendors.

Support grid or utility coordination during faults or planned outages.

Qualifications & Experience:
**Education**:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.

Additional certifications in solar energy (preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
