Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle order dispatch process ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Perform packaging of products as per company guidelines and customer requirements.

Manage returns and claims, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movement.

Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for smooth logistics operations.

Ensure compliance with company standards for packaging, labeling, and safety.

Regularly update and maintain reports related to dispatch and returns.

Assist in stock management and reconciliation during audits.

**Requirements**:
2 - 2.5 years of experience in dispatch, packaging, logistics, or warehouse operations.

Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes.

Knowledge of handling returns and claims.

Proficiency in MS Office / Excel for maintaining records and reports.
