Responsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms, right from cargo readiness to shipment dispatch and BOL release - from multiple loading ports in India till it reaches the destination. 2. Planning of pre-shipment dispatch requirements. 3. Maintaining periodical MIS & data entries in the company software. 4. Coordinate with customs brokers & Agents to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods through customs checkpoints and final handover to the shipping line/ airline. 5. Should be well versed with customs, DGFT formalities and should have good knowledge of GST and LUT transactions. 6. Maintaining shipment records for accounts & audit purposes. 7.
