**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Recovery**:

- Analyze overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding payments to minimize delinquencies.
- **Legal Compliance**:

- Coordinate with external legal counsel and courts for recovery proceedings.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling disputes and objections.
- Build trust with clients to facilitate smoother recovery processes.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of recovery actions, legal proceedings, and client communications.
- Provide detailed reports to management on recovery progress, challenges, and successes.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with legal, finance, and risk management teams to ensure alignment in recovery efforts.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of legal principles and debt recovery laws.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
