**Job Summary**:
Sakksham Finserv LLP is looking for a dynamic and responsible **Recovery Officer** to manage overdue accounts including **NPA,** **Home Loans**, **Personal Loans**, and other retail loan products. The role is field-based and requires effective communication and negotiation skills to recover dues professionally and within compliance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to follow up with delinquent customers across product segments (NPA, home loan, personal loan, etc.).
- Persuade borrowers for timely repayment or settlement as per bank policies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of recovery status and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with legal or collections team for escalated or legal recovery cases.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the organization.
- Maintain professional behavior with borrowers and represent the organization positively.
- Submit regular field reports and MIS updates to reporting managers.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience in loan recovery (NPA/home/personal loans) will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of banking products and recovery processes.
- Must be familiar with Nagpur city and surrounding regions.
- **Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.**

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000/month (based on experience & performance)
- **Job Timing**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Weekly Off**: 2nd Saturday and all Sundays
- **Nature of Job**: Field-based collections and recovery

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
