**Job Title: Telesales Operative**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions.
- Answer questions about products or services and provide additional information as needed.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through outbound calling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and value propositions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
