At Deep Ayurveda, we are dedicated to promoting wellness through high-quality Ayurvedic products. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic and skilled Tele Sales Executives to join our online sales operation.

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to drive our online sales efforts. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and achieving sales targets. If you are fluent in English and the local language, with a passion for wellness and sales, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Handle Calls Efficiently**: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Build Customer Relationships**: Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable wellness products.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Sell wellness products over the phone and meet or exceed sales targets and quality parameters.
- **Product Expertise**: Provide detailed explanations of product features and usage, tailored to customer requirements.
- **Resolve Issues**: Address customer concerns and grievances to ensure a positive experience.
- **Share Insights**: Gather and relay customer feedback to the internal team to enhance our products and services.
- **Adhere to Processes**: Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

**Education and Experience**:

- Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- Graduate (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in sales or tele calling preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent/ 6 days working

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
