**Job Title: Freelance UI/UX Designer**

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing edtech startup focused on delivering high-quality educational experiences to students across India. We're now looking for a **highly creative Freelance UI/UX Designer** to help us build visually compelling and conversion-driven landing pages that resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric landing pages for marketing campaigns.
- Translate marketing goals and content into engaging designs that convert visitors.
- Collaborate closely with our content and marketing teams to align design with messaging.
- Provide design mockups and handoffs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Have a basic understanding of WordPress to design with feasibility for implementation.
- Revise designs based on feedback to ensure high quality and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in UI/UX design (freelance or full-time).
- Strong portfolio showcasing **creative design work**, especially landing pages.
- Good understanding of UX principles, web layouts, typography, and user flows.
- Familiarity with designing for **WordPress-based** websites or page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery - even at a basic level).
- Ability to **design for conversion**, with a marketing-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
- Self-driven and open to feedback.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience designing for edtech, eCommerce, or performance marketing brands.
- Motion graphics or micro-interaction design skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: From ₹200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
