**Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with the curriculum team to create relevant and up-to-date training materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

**Hands-on Workshops**: Organize practical workshops to provide hands-on experience in UI/UX design, incorporating real-world projects and case studies.

**Feedback and Evaluation**: Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their design skills and understanding of UI/UX concepts.

**Stay Current**: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design, integrating new knowledge into training programs.

**Mentorship**: Offer mentorship and guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.

**Classroom Management**: Effectively manage class dynamics, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
**Professional Experience**: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

**Teaching Skills**: Ability to convey complex UI/UX concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.

**Communication**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and team members.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to the varying skill levels and learning styles of participants.

**Tools Proficiency**: Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.

**Passion for Education**: A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring UI/UX designers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
