**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate and creative **UI/UX Designer** to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that solve real user problems.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 0-1 year of UX/UI design experience (internships, freelance, academic projects all welcome)
- Basic English communication skills is an absolute must
- Portfolio showcasing thoughtful interactions designs with modern/ visually appealing UI
- Proficiency in Figma, including strong understanding of Auto Layout
- Can clearly explain design decisions — what was chosen, why, and the trade-offs considered
- Shows curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and seeking to understand user and business needs
- Approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset, looking for practical solutions within constraints
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- A team player who collaborates well with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces

**Nice to Have**:

- Exposure to design systems
- Familiarity with responsive design principles
- Understanding of accessibility and data visualization basics
- Previous experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
