3. Ensure that the packing material is ready and available as per the production plan.

4. Ensure that the packed material is a zero defect.

5. Ensure daily packing target and achieve this through proper supervision.

6. Optimum use of packing with minimum waste.

7. Ensure that the finished product is well packed, labelled and delivered according to the delivery time.

8. Maintaining hygiene system and minimizing non-usable waste.

9. Monitor the weight of dispatch material in the vehicle.

10. Ensure that all packing related activity is on time and cost efficient.
