Job Title: Executive Secretary

Location: Chennai, Nungambakkam

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain communication between all departments (Sales, Procurement, Accounts, etc.)

Assist the management with day-to-day activities, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Maintain organized records of meetings, discussions, and departmental updates.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups with team members.

Manage appointments, schedules, and reminders for senior management.

Support in preparing business presentations, MIS reports, and documents as required.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role (Executive Assistant / Secretary / Office Coordinator).

Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.

**Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of business correspondence and document drafting.

Positive attitude, good listening skills, and ability to work independently.

Additional Details:
Should be presentable, well-spoken, and maintain professionalism in the workplace.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Should be available in office during core hours ( 10 AM - 6 PM) or as per management’s requirement.

Note:
This position requires an individual who can work closely with the management and ensure effective coordination and documentation across all departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
