**Qualification**: UG / PG
**Shift**: Fixed shift & Sunday fixed off
**Skillset**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Location**: Saidapet, Chennai.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and events for executives or team members.
- Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other official documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing important records, files, and documents.
- Office Management: Handling administrative duties such as managing office supplies, office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the workplace.
- Handling Visitors: Greeting visitors and clients, and directing them as necessary.
- Supporting Leadership: Assisting senior executives with tasks, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and personal assistance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
