**Business Operations - Officer (Medical Devices)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The Business Operations - Officer personnel is to support Bayer Service engineer’s team all over India in their service related activities, while assuring compliance and efficiency and driving customer satisfaction
- A key person in the web of several departments such as Warehousing & Transportation, Accounting, Field Service, Inside Sales etc. Eventually the role will extend to support other Asia Sub Region countries and will be a satellite office of Bayer Netherlands
- Support the field service engineers in their day to day operations and the Field Service administration processes by handling reports, updating equipment records, re-processing orders and solving potential issues that could prevent invoicing and stock replenishment. Support the Sales Team with accurate contract entry and administration and ensure correct revenue allocation

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Graduate from any professional stream
- Service minded and a natural flair to bring things accurately and professionally
- Structured, process oriented in order to make effective and efficient independent decisions to solve problems based on customer needs and requirements in an international atmosphere
- Knowledge of SAP to understand the processes
- A born team player, but also able to work independently
- Well-developed communicative and collaborative skills
- Able to prioritize overlapping priorities
