We are revolutionizing women's wellness through AI driven solutions and are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sourcing & Operations Intern to assist in sourcing high-quality, cost-effective products for our subscription boxes, while also supporting the pre-sales process for marketplaces and app sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing & Vendor Management**:

- Research and identify potential suppliers for products related to menstrual health, pregnancy care, and general wellness.
- Assist in negotiating with vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, reliability, and customer support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of products for subscription boxes.
- **Operations Support**:

- Coordinate logistics for product deliveries to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management and forecast product needs based on sales projections.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to track order fulfillment, quality control, and timelines.
- **Pre-Sales Support (Marketplaces & App Sales)**:

- Assist in product listing, pricing strategies, and inventory optimization on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the availability of products during promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor product performance and gather insights to help improve sourcing and operational efficiencies.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Analyze sourcing trends, costs, and supplier performance to improve procurement strategies.
- Create and maintain reports on cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced products into subscription boxes.
- Contribute ideas to improve product offerings and sourcing strategies based on consumer demand and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
- Strong interest in product sourcing, supply chain management, and operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with data.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) is a plus.
