Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Fundraising Intern to join our team. As a Fundraising Intern, you will assist in various aspects of our fundraising efforts, including researching potential donors, supporting event planning, and engaging with current and prospective supporters. This internship offers valuable experience in nonprofit fundraising and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in researching potential donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors.
- Help manage and update the donor database.
- Support the planning and execution of fundraising events (virtual or in-person).
- Draft and edit donor communications, such as newsletters, thank-you letters, and fundraising appeals.
- Contribute to social media content related to fundraising campaigns and events.
- Track and report on fundraising progress and assist in creating reports.
- Attend and assist in donor meetings, as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on fundraising strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Business).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in nonprofit work and fundraising.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
