Job Title: Senior Manager - Corporate Fundraising

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced senior manager to lead our corporate fundraising efforts. As the head of this department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, high-net-worth individual relationships, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to promote charitable causes and drive financial sustainability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and high-net-worth individuals, identifying opportunities for collaborative fundraising initiatives.
  • Cultivate and nurture existing partnerships, while also exploring new avenues for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement effective campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in corporate fundraising, with experience in partnership development and high-net-worth individual relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on fundraising opportunities.
  • Experience with campaign management and execution, including budgeting and financial planning.
