Job Title: Corporate Outreach Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Outreach Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships, identifying opportunities for partnership, and securing funding for our organization's objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing connections with corporates to identify opportunities to partner with our organization;
  • Acquiring new corporates and ensuring their commitment to our organization by working closely with them to meet the organizational agenda;
  • Managing client relationships, communicating regularly about work done, thereby creating long-term supporters through engagement opportunities;
  • Creating proposals and presentations to serve as effective pitching tools while connecting with potential corporate partners;
  • Utilizing various outreach methods including face-to-face meetings, emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, walk-ins, and other innovative sales strategies to connect with potential corporate donors, keeping fundraising objectives in mind;
  • Preparing compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate donations and partnerships;
  • Customizing partnership packages to align with corporate donors' CSR objectives and our organization's mission;
  • Collaborating internally with program and leadership teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals;
  • Representing our organization in corporate forums, events, and stakeholder meetings to promote partnerships and visibility;

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate fundraising;
  • Experience in PWD projects;
  • Proven experience in corporate outreach, partnership development, or fundraising (preferably in the social impact/non-profit sector);
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills;
  • Ability to conduct market research and build a robust pipeline of corporate prospects.
