**Job Title: Back Office Executive (Insurance-Life)**

**Location :Ahmedabad**

**Salary Range**: 25,000 - 30,000

**Number of Positions**: 2

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage **policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations**, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain and organize **document management** systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Provide **administrative support** to the insurance team, ensuring smooth back-office operations.
- Handle **confidential information with discretion** and ensure data security.
- Coordinate with **underwriting, claims, and other departments** for smooth workflow.
- Generate and maintain reports related to policy processing and administrative tasks.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in an **insurance back-office role** is required.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Experience in **Life insurance** processing is preferred.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Ability to **handle confidential information** with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
- Excellent **organizational and time-management skills**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and **insurance management software**.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with internal stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
