Job Title: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator Executive - Fastener Industry LOOKING FOR EXECUTIVE HAVING EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH OIL & GAS INDUSTRIES/OEMS

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Chennai. The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient inventory management practices, overseeing customer dispatches, and coordinating with subcontractors for material processing. This role requires a proactive leader with a growth mindset to develop workflows, uphold accuracy in record keeping, and prepare for future team expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**: Inventory Management: Establish and maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, finished goods, and tools using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive to ensure accurate and current records.
- Customer Dispatches: Oversee and manage the timely and accurate dispatch of finished products to customers, ensuring proper documentation for each shipment.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Track and maintain accurate records of materials sent to subcontractors for further processing, coordinating timely returns and ensuring quality compliance.
- Department Development: Develop and implement efficient workflows within the Stores function, establishing best practices and preparing for department growth.
- Team Building: Demonstrate the capability to recruit, train, and manage a team as departmental needs expand.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous documentation for inventory, dispatches, and subcontractor transactions using Microsoft Excel and Google Drive.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock and returned materials from subcontractors to meet quality standards.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain storage facilities in accordance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Scrap Management: Track and manage scrap materials, ensuring proper documentation, safe storage, and coordination for recycling or disposal as required.
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRN): Generate GRNs for incoming materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and ensuring proper documentation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma, btech (mechnical ) or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to contribute to department development and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Drive for collaborative inventory and record management. Skills & Competencies:

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month depending upon experience and performance in Interview
