We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head our Light Commercial & Enterprise Business Unit (BU) in New Delhi, India. This key leadership role will drive strategic growth, oversee operations, and maximize profitability for our light commercial and enterprise segments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to capitalize on them
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management for the BU
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of BU goals with overall organizational objectives
- Drive product development and service innovation to meet evolving customer needs
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings
- Monitor and report on BU performance, providing regular updates to senior management

**Qualifications**
- BE / Diploma, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial or enterprise business sectors, with a proven track record in leading and growing a business unit
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Excellent business development and client relationship management capabilities
- Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- In-depth knowledge of light commercial and enterprise markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in project management and the use of relevant business software and tools
- Willingness to travel as required for business development and client management
