**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Development Support**:

- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to expand the residential and hotel supplies vertical.
- Attend client meetings at project sites to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct on-site measurements to determine product suitability (e.g., assessing roller blind fit within window frames). Training will be provided.
- Create visually appealing design decks or mood boards for client presentations, ensuring alignment with BD team input and guidelines.

**2. Product Development & Coordination**:

- Translate approved mood boards into tangible products by working closely with the product development team.
- Supervise product installations, including mock room setups for client approvals.
- Post-approval, manage the entire production process by preparing detailed spec sheets and coordinating with production teams for seamless execution.

**3. Customer Interaction**:

- Respond to customer queries routed through the BD team promptly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to production timelines and quality standards for all assigned orders.
- Act as a communication bridge between production and other departments to resolve production-related issues swiftly.

**4. Additional Responsibilities**:

- Support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in end-to-end order management, from placement to delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new BDMs by familiarizing them with products, processes, and operations.
- Curate customized catalogues for specific client accounts to showcase relevant product offerings.
- Maintain showroom displays that reflect the brand identity and effectively showcase the product range.
- Assist with design-related tasks for organizational needs, including creating artwork for stores, websites, and catalogs.

**Other Requirements**:

- Gender Preference**: Male**:

- Education**: Graduate in Fashion/Textile Design from NIFT, SASMIRA, or a related field (preferred).**:

- Experience**: Minimum of 3 years.**:

- Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.**:

- Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.**:

- Attention to Detail**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure accuracy in design and execution.**:

- Problem-Solving Skills**: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving production or customer concerns.**:

- Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively across departments, including production, design, and business development teams.**:

- Travel Requirements**: Willingness to travel within Mumbai and pan-India for client or site visits.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays off
