**Requirements**:
Ø Min 8+ years designing and managing multiple OnPrem Exchange and O365 Mail service (mandatory) for a large, geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).

Ø O365 Certifications (mandatory)

Ø Good knowledge on Onprem Exch or other platform to O365 migrations planning and executions

Ø Good working Knowledge on Scripting and Powershell for O365 bulk migration, activity

Ø Good working knowledge on O365 to O365 user migration or any other tenant to O365 migration

Ø O365 Users and Group Creation and permission management

Ø Good knowledge on Mail Routing Concepts

Ø Good Knowledge on Mail security configuration such as AV, spam filtering, etc

Ø Experience with configuring different set of Mail Policy as per compliance and audit requirements.

Ø Compliance portal configuration and management

Ø Good Administration Knowledge on MS SharePoint, TEAMS, Onedrive and other O365 tools.

Ø Effective handling of O365 Compliance Requirements (Such AV, Antispam Protection, Threat Management, DLP, Monitoring, eDiscovery & Hold.)

Ø Good knowledge on AD 2012\16\19 functional level

Ø Good troubleshooting knowledge

Ø Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, to include Server 2012 and 2016/19/22 operating systems.

Ø Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.

Ø Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation.

Ø 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting

Ø Incident Management & Escalation
- Ticket Status Check and Update.

Ø Change Management - Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution.

Ø Problem Management & RCA - Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls

Ø Flexible to work on shifts and Very good communication skills

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
