**Key skills**: O365 Mailboxes, Exchange online, One-drive, Share point
- **Manage User Access**: Handle creation, modification, deletion, and monitoring of O365 user IDs, DL memberships, and mailbox provisioning in compliance with security policies.
- **Authentication & Access Control**: Enforce MFA, Conditional Access, and coordinate with SSO teams for seamless and secure access management.
- **Monitor & Audit Access Logs**: Perform regular audits of Exchange server logs and re-certify Access Control Lists on a quarterly basis.
- **Change Management**: Ensure all changes are approved via CAB, have rollback plans, and undergo UAT testing; update CMDB accordingly.
- **Incident Response**: Identify, log, and resolve incidents within SLA; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure permanent fixes are implemented.
- **DLP Administration**: Configure, monitor, and manage O365 DLP policies; address vulnerabilities as per Microsoft/ITRS recommendations.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Liaise with Microsoft and internal stakeholders for resolution of escalations, changes, and incidents.
- **Reporting & Compliance**: Maintain and publish periodic reports including ID recertification, CAB reports, Risk Register, and Daily DLP status.
