**Position - AGM - Finance and Accounts**

**Experience**: 10+ Years in Finance and Accounts

**Qualification**: Must be a CA or MBA Finance

**Job description**
- Finalization of Financial budgeting along with review of Trial Balance, various expenses, provision requirements on monthly basis.
- Review of Receivable, payable and Inventory.
- Payment Authorization to Supplies /Vendors/Service providers
- Finalization of preferable listed Company Quarterly Results /Annual Cash Flow Statement, Profit & Loss statement, and Balance sheet.
- Coordinating with the Auditors for completion of Quarterly /Annual Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit within the timelines
- Handling Statutory compliance Direct Taxation computation of taxable income and coordinating with consultant for assessments & Indirect tax including GST
- Review of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) by testing SOPs for the processes and update the gaps identified regularly.
- Responsible for creating Processes and SOPs.
- Preparation of Business plan/Projections
- Daily Monitoring of COGS and Unit Economics
- Reconciliation of accounts for all the stores on a daily basis.
- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans
- Retail Chain Experience is preferred
- Responsible for reconciliation of stores and Warehouse

**Requirements**:

- Retail Chain experience is a must.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Setting up systems, keen eye for details, technical thinking and desire to probe further into data
- Strong leadership and people management skills - must be a respected player amongst peers, partners, and external parties.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a diverse global organization and drive as a team, create standards, set clear objectives, and demonstrate empowerment.
- Excellent communication, sophisticated, articulate, business acumen
- Hands on ability to analyze Financial data to generate Insights.

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
