Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:

- Manage day-to-day administrative functions to support the office operations.
- Handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Document Management:

- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to corporate documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality and secure storage of all sensitive information.

3. Office Maintenance:

- Oversee the maintenance of the office environment to ensure it is tidy and functional.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment within budget limits.

4. Financial Administration:

- Assist in basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
- Prepare financial documents like invoices, bills, and expense reports.

5. Human Resources Support:

- Support HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and maintenance of employee records.
- Ensure all HR documentation is kept up-to-date and complies with legal standards.

6. Meeting and Event Coordination:

- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Prepare meeting rooms, including setup of necessary equipment and catering arrangements.

7. Travel Management:

- Arrange travel and accommodations for business trips, ensuring all bookings are within company travel policies and budget constraints.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an office administration role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work under pressure.

Compensation:

- Salary: ₹3L to ₹3.5L per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
