Office Timing - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Working days - Monday - Saturday

Salary - 2 TO 2.5 LPA

Education - Graduation

Reports To: The Director of the CompanyPosition Purpose:
Administer entire sales process identify target customers, pushsales and complete sale process to manage OEM Sales. Manage pricing, deal pricingand other sales proposal activities and provide support to support marketingdepartment. Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire morebusiness deals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
− Review enquiry through mail, WhatsApp and call.
− Specification review
- Check grade, quantity and size of item required.
− Preparing monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis as instructed by theDirector.
− Material not in stock check with procurement for rates and delivery time.
− Calculate discount on price and send quotations at earliest as possible.(Also attach O/S Statement)
− Update Sales Funnel on daily basis.
− Provide Quotations to client as per rate after confirmation from HOD.
− Order review should be done and order department to be informed of thesame.
− Prepare database of all new clients for future reference.
− Customer feedback form filled and follow up needs to be done.
− Daily basis MIS report needs to be made and sent to HOD for review.Skills and Specifications:
− Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
− Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power toprioritizeand multitask− Should exert sound judgment, discretion and preserve confidentiality
− Ability to meet deadlines
− Good liaison with all other department members
− Able to work in team and willing to put up to team
− Pays attention to detail− Flexible to work in non-business hours
− Able to operate in different work conditions such as on-site, off site
− Able to work alone
− Can work well in a fast-paced environment
− Self
- Starter who is proactive and motivated
Education and Qualifications:−
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications− Beginner level PowerPoint skills and intermediate level Excel and Word skills− Relevant training in telephone sales
