Opening Position: 1

Required Qualification:

- M.Com
- Should be excellent in MS Excel

**Experience**:

- 1-3 Years

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

**Job Description**:

- To record the accounting entries to Tally ERP.
- To ensure the TDS and other statutory compliance while posting accounting entry.
- Deposit of TDS, PT and other statutory obligations on timely basis.
- To verify the accounting vouchers as per organization policies.
- Maintain Fixed Assets and Depreciation Chart using rates as per Income Tax Act.
- To ensure timely payment, making of payment sheets after verification of bank details.
- Preparation of daily Bank Reconciliation.
- Keeping track on the cheques issued for timely clearance.
- Sharing of financial data on monthly basis for effective MIS.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely documentation for new bank account opening, closure of unused bank accounts, change in signing authorities and keep on following with bank.
- Preparation of Banking Correspondence documents.
- Asset Management in ccordination with Admin Team
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
