**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position-**Replacement of existing position (Officer Accounts)

**Designation-**Officer (on contract - Synise)

**Function-**Finance & Accounts

**Division / Department-**Finance & Accounts

**Location-**Pune

**1) Job Purpose**

Vendor invoice booking & payment in SAP, TDS and Payroll compliances

**2) Principal Accountabilities**

**Accountability**

Supporting Actions

1. Vendor invoice booking and reconciliation

a) Vendor bill passing basis PO and without PO

b) Vendor account reconciliation

c) Vendor force matching in SAP

d) Good knowledge of SAP

e) Good knowledge of taxation related to vendor accounting

f) Basic knowledge of GST

g) Bank Reconciliation

2. Vendor payments

a) Vendor payments in SAP against bill passing and against PO in case of advance

b) Payment to MSME vendor

3. Filing of TDS return

a) Compiling of TDS data and reconciliation with GL code

b) Uploading TDS details on portal for filing return

**4) Qualification**

First class M. Com

**5) Experience**

1 to 3 years

**6) Skills Required**

Communication, Hardworking/dedication, team work, **smart in grasping work**.

**SAP (FICO module) must**
