**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and empathetic **Female Patient Counsellor** who will act as the face of the clinic for clients. You will be responsible for client consultation, treatment recommendation, relationship management, and helping drive conversions through effective communication and persuasion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with patients in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner
- Understand patients’ aesthetic or dermatological concerns and guide them through suitable treatment options
- Coordinate with doctors and technicians to schedule consultations and procedures
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, offers, and packages
- Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets
- Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of services
- Provide post-treatment support and build long-term patient relationships
- Collaborate with the front desk, marketing, and medical teams for smooth operations
- Assist with patient reviews, feedback collection, and handling concerns professionally

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a relevant aesthetic/dermatology/healthcare role
- **Education (preferred)**:

- BDS, BAMS, BHMS, MBBS
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Nutrition, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or other relevant health sciences
- **Language**: Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and driven to meet targets

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹60,000 in-hand (based on experience & interview)
