Responsible for day to day operations & overall financial performance of the clinic.
- Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
- Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)
- Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail.
- Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
- Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval and Billing).
- Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
- Follow up with patients at all stages.
- Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.
- Good in convincing power

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
