**JOB Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Responsible for daily booking of vendor invoices related to expenses, Employee Travel and other reimbursements in the Accounting system.

3. Require knowledge of GST and applicable TDS rates for booking of the vendor invoices related to various services.

4. Responsible for processing the reimbursement to employees and cross-checking the limits and eligibility Criteria

5. Has the knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.

Technical Competencies/Skills:
- 1. Accounting software knowledge

2. Good knowledge of working in MS-Excel and MS-Word for maintaining records and documentations.

3. MIS Reporting as required by management.

4. To be able to coordinate with Internal as well as external parties

Personal Attributes:
- 1. Confident and dynamic personality

2. Has organizational skill

3. Fluent in oral and written communication.

4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kanjurmarg, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
