Job description:

- Providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations on which products would best suit their needs
- Arranging merchandise in a way that will attract attention from potential customers
- Maintaining relationships with current clients through regular contact to ensure satisfaction with the company's services
- Interviewing potential clients to determine their needs and interests in order to make appropriate recommendations
- Handling customer complaints regarding pricing or product quality issues
- Providing customers with product demonstrations and samples so they can experience the product before making a purchase
- Creating an environment that encourages customers to spend time in the store and encourages them to make additional purchases.
- Coordinating with other departments in the store to ensure that products are available when requested by customers
- Providing customers with information about products and services offered by other departments in the store.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
