Job Description:
**Guest House Management**: Address employee queries and requirements for staying at the Guest Houses.
- **Housekeeping & Maintenance**: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all rooms and common areas. Coordinate with housekeeping staff and maintenance teams for repairs and services.
- **Vendor Coordination**: laundry and maintenance services.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock of toiletries, linen and other essentials.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**: Monitor expenses related to the guest houses and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- **Compliance & Safety**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company guidelines. Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- **Reporting**: Maintain logs and generate regular reports on occupancy, expenses, damages and maintenance activities.
- **Monthly Visits**:Routine Monthly inspections and ensuring upkeep of all Guest Houses.
**1. Qualification and Experience**

Graduate
2- years of experience in guest house management or facility administration.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Malayalam Language Proficiency
Customer-focused, proactive, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Ability to handle emergencies and coordinate effectively during guest house occupancy peaks.
