Client Relationship Executive

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Build relationships with key employees among customers.
- Provide day to day communication support between the company and clients.
- Schedule regular meetings with clients.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Executive.
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Problem-solving aptitude

Ability to work well with a team

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560002, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:
