**Key responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing office documentation, filing systems, and data entry tasks
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement
- Help organize company events, workshops, and internal meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform general duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
