**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU, including medication administration, ventilator management, and continuous monitoring.
- Assess and document patient conditions and progress accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies with effective intervention.
- Maintain and manage ICU equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols strictly.
- Educate patients’ families on patient condition and care procedures, when required.
- Ensure accurate and detailed handover at shift changes.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the Tamil Nadu Nursing Council.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
- Sound knowledge of ICU protocols and equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps).
- Strong clinical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
