**Role & responsibilities**
- **Patient Monitoring**: Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients' vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and respiratory status, using advanced equipment like ECGs, ventilators, and pulse oximeters.
- **Administering Medications and Treatments**: Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and treatments as per the physicians orders, ensuring proper dosage and timing. Monitor for side effects and adverse reactions.
- **Ventilator and Life Support Management**: Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other life support equipment to ensure proper respiratory function.
- **Performing Critical Care Procedures**: Assist in or independently perform invasive procedures, such as catheter insertions, central line placements, intubations, as per protocol.
- **Emergency Response**: Provide immediate care during medical emergencies, including administering CPR, assisting with code blue situations, and stabilizing patients in crisis.
- **Infection Control**: Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent hospital-acquired infections, including sterilizing equipment, monitoring sterile fields, and adhering to hand hygiene practices.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided, patient responses, and changes in condition. Communicate any significant changes to the attending physician and healthcare team.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing)** or **Diploma in Nursing (GNM)** from a recognized institution.

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in an **ICU or Critical Care Unit**.
- Experience in handling **critical care patients** in a hospital setting, including **ventilator management**, **life support systems**, and **post-surgery care**.

**Certifications**:

- Basic Life Support **(BLS)** / Advanced Cardiac Life Support **(ACLS)** will be added advantage

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in operating **ICU medical equipment** (e.g., ventilators, ECG monitors, infusion pumps).

**Availability and Flexibility**:

- Willing to work in **rotating shifts**, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as ICU care requires 24/7 attention.
- Availability for **on-call** duties in emergency situations

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
