**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum in Political Science for secondary level students.
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons on political theories, systems, institutions, and current events.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and civic awareness through discussions, debates, and interactive activities.
- Provide students with a deep understanding of political ideologies, governmental structures, and policy-making processes.
- Incorporate diverse perspectives and global issues into lesson plans to promote cultural understanding and appreciation.
- Encourage active citizenship and civic engagement by exploring topics such as democracy, human rights, and social justice.
- Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including exams, essays, projects, and class participation.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing their opinions and exploring complex ideas.
- Stay informed about current events, political developments, and research in the field of Political Science.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share resources, and promote interdisciplinary connections.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification or licensure in Political Science.
- Deep knowledge of political theories, systems, and concepts, with the ability to make connections between theory and practice.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning, grading, and classroom management.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and willingness to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Commitment to fostering a respectful and inclusive learning environment that values diversity of perspectives and experiences.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in Political Science education.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents to support student success and promote civic literacy.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
