Kanha Makhan Public School Mathura is hiring for PGT -Physical Education teacher.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive physical education curriculum aligned with educational standards and school goals.
- Plan and conduct engaging and interactive physical education lessons that promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Assess students' physical abilities and progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences in physical education.
- Organize and supervise sports activities, intramural programs, and interscholastic competitions.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' confidence, motivation, and enjoyment of physical activity.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community partners to support students' overall well-being and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in physical education and sports science.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including safety protocols and student supervision guidelines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Teaching certification in Physical Education.
- Previous experience teaching physical education at the secondary level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical fitness principles, sports techniques, and health-related concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and willingness to integrate technology into teaching practices.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
