**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to manage all payroll-related tasks. The Payroll Executive’s responsibilities include maintaining employee data, ensuring timely salary processing, handling statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS), and resolving payroll-related queries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage end-to-end payroll for all employees on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and incentives.
- Verify and reconcile timesheets, salary structures, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including EPF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and handle timely submissions.
- Prepare and share monthly payroll reports with management and finance teams.
- Liaise with statutory authorities and auditors when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure payroll information.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience in handling payroll for 100+ employees.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Saral PayPack, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
